The Connection
It all begins with getting in touch. Tell us what you want and we’ll tell you how we can make it happen.
2. Meeting Up
We will get together and talk about the scope of the project, your budget, and the timeline. We’ll go over exactly what you want and let you know how we'll get it done.
3. The Proposal
Once we understand what you want, we will send you a proposal of a detailed plan that carefully outlines everything you will need to know. As soon as we get your approval we’ll move forward with it.
4. The Design
This is the fun stage where we are able to really start figuring out your style. We’ll talk about your likes and dislikes to make sure your home is tailored to you. We will create a custom design concept that tackles flooring, walls, tile, furnishings, lighting, fabrics, etc.
5. The Presentation
We will present the big picture to you with samples, drawings, and/or a CAD design. This allows you to truly envision what the space will look like. This is where any necessary changes will be determined and changed to the customers satisfaction.
6. The Execution
After the project is finalized on paper, this is when we will start to place and expedite orders through our trusted vendors. When the items are shipped to our warehouse, they will be carefully inspected to ensure it’s quality and no damage has been done. Once everything is determined in good shape they are on their way to their new home.
8. The Big Reveal
Once everything looks good to go, you’ll be able to see the final results. This is when you’ll want to pop open some champagne or invite over all your friends and family to celebrate the new upgraded space of your home!
7. The Installation
This is the time for you to just sit back and relax. Once all the orders are received we will begin the installation process which can range from days to weeks to possibly months depending on the size of the project. We’ll make sure everything is in place and ready to go.
